Amazingly talented traditional artist, and beloved friend.
I've honestly never met anyone as kind as Daniel. Imagine Fluttershy as a stallion. Now imagine that stallion has a human. That would be Daniel in a nutshell

So JD, here's the birthday gift I intended to give you yesterday, along with the sketch, but was unable to finish in time.
Should have probably picked another time to start using Paint Tool SAI ^^:

As stated above, this was my first time using Paint Tool SAI, which forced me to lose a lot of it getting used to the bloody interface and all that jazz.
On the other hand, that curve tool makes for some clean line art, specially for mouse users. A lot better then just using a brush.

Also, I might have gone slightly overboard as far as effects are concerned. Only slightly.

I would also like to add that this drawing makes me extremely happy. I've managed to learn enough in under a month to be able to freely sketch and digitally create a gift.
While this doesn't mean I will be stopping LTDP, mostly because I still have a lot to learn, I am happy to have reached one of the main goals of the project.
